Terms, and what a label means.

Listings here are synthetic demonstrations. They are not real properties, prices or availability.

Measurements

• Every home carries one accuracy label. Read it before relying on a number; see how the labels work.
• Architecturally reviewed dimensions are checked against the linked drawing revision. They are not a construction or as-built certificate.
• Concept visualizations are illustrative. Their sizes are assumptions, listed on each home page.
• Homes are modeled using real-world measurements, but your screen does not show physical size.

Furniture and finishes

Furniture, materials and lighting are illustrative unless a developer states otherwise.

Inquiries

Inquiries go to the developer of the home, who is responsible for their reply and for any agreement with you.

Fair use

Do not try to access drafts, other accounts or the developer studio without permission, and do not send automated inquiries.
