N-01
Privacy, in plain words.
Browsing and walking through homes needs no account and stores nothing about you on our servers.
This site shows synthetic demonstration listings. Do not send real personal details to the demo developers.
When you browse
- No advertising or analytics cookies, and no third-party trackers.
- Your browser keeps small conveniences locally: whether you have seen the viewer controls card, and your conversation with the concierge for the current tab.
- The 3D viewer runs entirely in your browser. Public pages never call an AI service.
When you sign in
- We store your email address and display name from Google, the homes you save, and your consent choices.
- A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is removed when you sign out.
- Signing in never gives access to the developer studio; staff roles are granted separately by an administrator.
When you send an inquiry
- Your name, email, optional phone number and message go to the developer of that home, who replies to you directly.
- To stop spam we count inquiries per email address and per network address. The counters hold only one-way hashes and are deleted within two days.
- If you are signed in, the inquiry also appears in your account.
Deleting your data
From your account you can delete your saved homes and profile at any time. Inquiries already sent stay with the developer who received them, but are no longer linked to you.
Drawings and source documents
Developers upload drawings privately. Visitors only ever see the published model and its measurements, never the source files.
